You pay in full first. Xcel pays its share later, once every two years.
What we do
We don’t do audits, insulation or air sealing; the auditor runs the tests. We price the heat pump, water heater and panel work it names. Insulation: Xcel’s contractor list.

We price the equipment work after rebates, then confirm in person.

Equipment labels and a photo of the closed electrical panel help, too. Leave covers in place.
